• Highly Confidential Platform Materials: Everything contained inside this platform—including all diagnostic assessments, examinations, question banks, multiple-choice items, practical scenarios, code challenges, scoring rubrics, technical reviewers, and reference guides—is strictly confidential and proprietary.
• Strict Non-Disclosure & Anti-Copying: You agree not to copy, transcribe, screenshot, photograph, screen-record, download, scrape, or reproduce any questions, answer keys, code scenarios, rubrics, or platform content in any form.
• Zero-Tolerance for Leaking or Distribution: You must never publish, upload, disclose, share, or leak platform contents or assessment materials to public repositories (such as GitHub), social media, discussion forums, study groups, AI prompt collectors, or private messaging channels.
• Academic & Professional Integrity: Safeguarding platform confidentiality preserves fair evaluation and institutional integrity. Any unauthorized disclosure, sharing, or distribution will result in immediate account revocation, voided assessment scores, and referral for formal disciplinary and legal action.
